I support clients experiencing a variety of concerns, including day-to-day stressors, anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and more. I believe change and healing is best inspired by connecting with what matters most to you, whether that be friendship, family, nature, or whatever else. With your values in mind, we will explore how to navigate fear, sadness, and shame with greater self-assurance and self-compassion.
Prior to starting my private practice, I worked as a clinical supervisor and therapist at a group practice in Portland, Oregon. I have also worked in a variety school- and community-based settings.
