I am a generalist therapist, meaning I see clients navigating a wide variety of challenges. However, a few client populations I specialize in are: women's issues across the lifespan, healthcare workers (therapists and social workers, medical providers, and nurses, etc), and clients living with chronic illness. Diagnostic areas I specialize in are depression, anxiety, ADHD, and trauma.
While I am influenced by a variety of modalities, ultimately, research shows that the single most effective ingredient in therapy is a strong and trusting relationship between therapist and client. Therefore, our work will be tailored to you.
