I offer evidence based therapeutic modalities such as ART and EMDR that have 90-95 percent success rate at a much faster rate than other modalities. Currently available for virtual sessions for adults. Waitlist for in person sessions.
My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel truly seen and heard. We all carry life stories that shape who we are, and my hope is to offer a space where you feel comfortable sharing yours at your own pace.
Together, we’ll explore past and present challenges, traumas, core beliefs, negative or irrational thoughts, personal needs, and strengths. From there, we’ll collaborate on creating treatment goals that feel meaningful, realistic, and tailored to your healing and growth.
