My psychology practice draws upon diverse
training, including but not limited to Internal Family Systems (IFS),
Psychodynamic and Depth Psychology, Eye Movement Desensitization and
Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I),
somatic psychotherapy, Integrative Restoration Yoga Nidra Meditation (iRest)
and nondual contemplative and mindfulness based interventions and practices.
Meditation training is a major component of my practice. Free iRest yoga
nidra meditation recordings are on my website. I provide Ketamine Assisted
Psychotherapy in collaboration with Journey Clinical
