I work with clients struggling with anxiety,
depression, PTSD/CPTSD, and disconnection often rooted in past relational
trauma, including abuse, neglect, or discrimination. Many are queer or trans
and seeking a safe space to heal. Together, we’ll reconnect you with your
authentic self, build healthier relationships, and develop tools to move
beyond old patterns toward a fulfilling life.
