I look forward to helping you unlearn
patterns that keep you unfulfilled in your life. You have many strengths
within you and my role is helping you find ways to lean into these and shed
old narratives that cause you to forget your many gifts. Therapy is a
vehicle for change and requires a certain level of discomfort. We will
explore the waters of discomfort together and develop strategies for coping
with it.
