Focusing on strengths to transform mental & emotional confusion, by cultivating increased self-aware & aliveness. Developing personal tools & options to manage one’s life & increasing one's overall sense of well-being as an individual & within relationships. Encouraging curious active exploration of the past in the present from a non-judgmental self observational lens. Mindfully tuning the mind with the body to live with more active conscious intention & well-being.
