Through our work together, I hope to guide you in reconnecting to your true self, your values, your loved ones, and the world around you. I enjoy working with couples around sex therapy, communication issues, reconnection, imbalances in relational responsibility/load, and relationship or life transitions. I also work with families, adults, and teens (14+) on issues such as anxiety, navigating conflict, depression, and life transitions.
