We have therapist trained EMDR, IFS, AEDP, Brainspotting, DBT, Couples Therapy. We provide compassionate, trauma informed counseling services for adults, families, and couples. We believe in meeting people where they are at and helping them go to the difficult, painful, often scary parts of their lives to undo aloneness and bring a little light to the dark places.
