I am here to support people who feel lost in their grief, long to heal their hearts from developmental trauma, or crave a reconnection with their artist self. Sometimes suffering becomes a vortex, and we can get stuck inside it. It can feel like there is no way forward except to isolate and turn inward. Creativity offers a gentle way to turn outward, so we can begin rebuilding soulful connection with ourselves, others, and the world.
