I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, which focuses on acknowledging and accepting challenging thoughts and feelings, and increasing flexibility, as well EMDR, CBT, MI and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. At Willow Tree Therapy, my mission is to provide a nurturing and non-judgmental space for healing and personal growth. I am dedicated to supporting emotional well-being, resilience and self discovery, through compassionate and evidence-based care. My style is warm and collaborative, with a healthy dose of humor and fun. We will work together to identify and address what you are looking for in therapy.
