You're insightful, maybe even the “strong one,” but inside you’re navigating overwhelm, disconnection, or a desire for something more. You might be untangling intimacy patterns, identity shifts, or burnout in your relationships or inner life. You may also be carrying the weight of past trauma, living with the impacts of neurodivergence, or feeling stuck in patterns that are hard to change. I work with individuals and couples (online and in person) to explore attachment, boundaries, and embodied emotion through a trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, relational lens—plus a bit of humor, curiosity, and compassion.
