I am a Certified Trauma Professional (CTP) and Certified Child and Adolescent Trauma Professional (CATP) dedicated to providing a safe and supportive space for individuals who have experienced trauma to heal and thrive. I utilize evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Traumatic Incident Reduction Therapy to help clients process their experiences, reduce distressing symptoms, and reclaim a sense of safety and empowerment in their lives.
