My practice is focused on providing a space for individuals, couples, and families to address relationship problems and mental health issues. I draw heavily from third wave therapies that emphasize mindfulness, acceptance, spirituality, and identifying personal values. Achieving a deep sense of wellbeing requires a variety of life factors to be in balance. Therapy should be a place where we get closer to achieving that all-important balance.
