Assisting those with who have lived experience with trauma, oppression, depression, relationships, addiction to substances/gambling and whatever difficulties or pain one may be experiencing. I appreciate being in a position to be able to assist others with navigating through the healing and therapeutic process. As a therapist utilizing culturally relevant approaches to my clinical interventions is imperative to the services I provide. The service I will provide will be individualistic and together we will determine the best modalities to use moving forward. Assuring my client is respected and heard.
