I work with teens, families, and adult individuals who have not found the proper tools to be able to move through the world with comfort and confidence. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC individuals, especially those who are dealing with large life transitions and those dealing with internal family conflicts. My focal points with clients include supporting them with the grief and loss process, supporting single parents and their children, supporting those dealing with social and relational anxiety, and those who come from dysfunctional family dynamics.
