As a Meditation Teacher and Holistic Counselor, I'm honored to serve clients in Portland, Oregon and Albany, New York. Drawing on 20+ years of experience, I integrate mainstream and alternative tools to nurture emotional wellness, offering an intuitive, holistic approach to counseling and teaching.
