For holistic therapy clients, I focus less on the past, and more on how old patterns are showing up in the present via mindfulness, somatic movement, EMDR, image and other ways that talk directly to where trauma and old triggers are stored so that they can shift. I am a Holistic Counselor and Doctor of Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine with over 30 years of experience in mind-body health practices. I specialize in mental health issues that affect the body as well as the mind such as stress, anxiety, panic, insomnia, PTSD, high sensitivity, ADHD, chronic illness and pain. I also work with people undergoing major life-changes, grief, being one's authentic self, creative blocks and spiritual challenges/exploration. People who want a natural, integrative approach are an especially good fit along with those trying to master the gifts of sensitivity, neurodivergence & high empathy.
