The areas that I'm passionate about include grief and loss, self esteem issues, trauma (EMDR trained), change of life experiences, anxiety, and somatic-based work. I believe that we are constantly evolving, and often the pain we experience can mirror the depth of joy and love that we are capable of. I'm a big proponent of befriending our younger selves, and providing them with what they need and/or may have never received.
