I work with high-achieving professionals, creatives, and individuals navigating high-pressure or public-facing roles. Therapy can offer space to question expectations—both personal and cultural—and explore ways of living that feel more authentic and aligned. My role is to walk alongside you through change and complexity at a thoughtful, intentional pace.
