Now Accepting New Clients! Clients are distressed - sometimes they know why and sometimes they don't. The journey starts when asked what is bothering them the most, and there is the starting point. Sometimes these thoughts in error are so deeply embedded -we don't even see them for what they are - and what they are doing to us. In therapy we reframe these thoughts - but first one needs to become aware of them. The journey together includes identifying their strengths, options available to them, and find coping skills or solutions that work for them. The goal is to be free from constant distress.
