I enjoy of working with clients who understand pieces of their own experience, but have difficulty making changes, and often feel unseen and unheard by others. Issues including grief, trauma, and relationship difficulties make understanding our experience of life confusing, resulting in depression, anxiety, and a sense of hopelessness.
