As a therapist, I utilize several evidenced-based practices to support you with your journey to your authentic self, including cultivating self-compassion, insight-oriented therapy, internal family systems, acceptance and commitment therapy, EMDR, Buddhist psychology, and DBT. I have been described by previous clients as compassionate, knowledgeable, intuitive, and supportive. In my free time, I am out in nature, walking my dogs, watching nature documentaries, listening to birds, practicing yoga, meditating, backpacking National Parks, and reading.
