As a body-centered psychotherapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life worth celebrating. While we cannot change difficult situations of the past, we can change the way the past impacts your present. We can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. Whether you are struggling with depression, trauma, relationship issues, identity crisis or other issues making you feel stuck, I am here to help. I am person-centered and utilize mindfulness practices, body-centered psychotherapy and Brain Spotting as well as Cognitive Behavioral in my practice.
