Having had the honor of working in education, mental health, and helping professions for over 20 years, I have come to believe that with support, the answers to many of our struggles can be found within. I believe that we each hold valuable insight and wisdom into our own healing and are deserving of dignity and respect on this path.
I enjoy helping adults, couples, and family systems to move toward their personal goals, exploring what brings them a sense of fulfillment and purpose, and helping them to reduce what causes them pain or difficulty. I meet each client where they are with compassion and professionalism.
