My specialty is in treating depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, and grief. My training was in Humanistic Psychology, which emphasizes that we are all unique individuals, not meant to be put in a diagnostic box. I naturally have a warm presence and I believe this helps my clients feel at ease. Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioral, Family Systems, Attachment Theory, and Emotionally Focused Therapy are what primarily guide me.
