Finding the right therapist is a powerful first step, and I want you to know you don’t have to face your challenges alone. I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families who are working through anxiety, adult ADHD, depression, trauma, and relationship or communication challenges.
From our very first sessions, we’ll hit the ground running—working together to clearly identify the goals you want to accomplish. I believe in creating actionable steps, often assigning helpful “homework” to fast-track the healing process. If something isn’t working, we don’t stay stuck—we work to find what does.
