You may feel anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that haven’t shifted despite your best efforts. Many of my clients are thoughtful, self-aware people seeking greater emotional steadiness, clearer boundaries, and deeper connection - to themselves and to others. I work with both adult individuals, and partnerships of two or more. As a sex therapist, I also work closely with challenges related to sex/uality and intimacy. My practice is affirming and inclusive of LGBTQ+ identities, non-monogamous and polyamorous relationships, and kink-aware.
