As a licensed clinical psychologist, I provide specialized treatment for eating disorders, OCD, anxiety, and depression. Many of my clients are adolescents or adults ready to break free from patterns of perfectionism, disordered eating, and body shame. Often these issues come with rigid rules and a loud internal critic. Together, we’ll work to quiet the noise, build emotional resilience, and foster a compassionate connection with yourself.
