I have over 20 years experience working with youth, families, and adults from diverse communities and have been a Therapist since 2016. I'm goal-directed and bring supportive challenge, genuine connection, humor, and a focus on strengths to the therapeutic process. I enjoy working with clients who take what we do in therapy to practice in their lives, as it is my experience this results in stronger outcomes and change. I’m passionate about helping people work through unhelpful ways of coping and patterns to get unstuck, develop a stronger sense of pride in who they are, move forward, and live their gifts.
