My role is to sit alongside you, not to steer or direct, but to offer perspective, reflection, and steady presence as you make sense of your experiences and reconnect with your own strength and clarity.
I’m an LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity-affirming therapist and I believe you are the expert in your own life. My focus is on supporting your healing from past experiences, strengthening resilience, and exploring what’s next, at a pace and direction that feels right to you.
