As a counselor, I am passionate about fostering growth & transformation. For eight years, I’ve helped clients from diverse backgrounds heal from mental health issues, addiction, trauma, & shame. I utilize a variety of therapeutic models, adapting my approach to suit your unique needs. With over twenty years of study in meditation, mindfulness, ethics, & spiritual practices—particularly in Buddhist, Celtic, & Shamanic traditions—I integrate these teachings with Western psychology to create a sacred container for compassionate witnessing, integrative healing, liberative insights, & deep transformational experiences.
