I believe each individual holds the tools, and wisdom to uncover their unique purpose. Traumatic experiences and life transitions can derail our sense of self and purpose. Maybe you or a loved one have experienced events that result in feeling adrift, unsure, confused, or overwhelmed. Working with a clinician can shed light on unrecognized patterns and dormant aspects of self in a safe and empathic relationship.
