Or if you identify as a new parent, teen parent, teen (13 years or older) or a survivor of childhood trauma. My therapeutic style / modalities used include play therapy, motivational interviewing, family systems, mindfulness, narrative therapy, internal family systems therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy.
