I tailor Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing ( EMDR), Prolonged Grief Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) for you. I am currently accepting new clients. I work with adults and teens, tailoring evidence-based practices for each individual. Life can challenge us and throw us off-center while we are in stride. Whether you are dealing with Life Transitions, Anxiety, Trauma, PTSD, Grief, or Loss, it is easier when someone is on the path with you—someone who will listen and cares about what you have to say in the healing process.
