I believe that in order to form healthy, rewarding relationships with others we must first learn to nurture our relationship with ourselves. If you are struggling with thoughts and behaviors that are getting in the way of living your most fulfilling life, I want to help you find a new way forward. I believe that connectivity is the origin of joy but that the world around us, and sometimes we ourselves, so often thwart our ability to forge meaningful connections.
