We all take on many duties, challenges, and sometimes trauma in life, and these experiences can feel demanding or even overwhelming. I want to acknowledge the weight of that pressure and applaud your courage in seeking a space to feel understood and seen. Shaped by my own life experiences, I approach therapy with the belief that everyone has the ability to heal, and my role is to support and encourage you on that journey. I am currently in my final year of earning a Master’s in Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapy at George Fox University. I have experience working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families.
