I specialize in the Safe Model of EMDR, used in conjunction with internal family systems, person centered therapy, solutions focused brief therapy, and Play therapy I specialize in EMDR therapy to help people heal from trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and dissociation. With 19 years in the mental health field and 4 years providing therapy, I bring compassion and experience to the work we'll do together. I offer weekly sessions and EMDR intensives and would be honored to be part of your healing process. My goal is to help you reconnect with your resilience and rediscover the truth of who you are.
