My approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic therapy, and EMDR to explore trauma within the context of culture, identity, and power. As a licensed Clinical Social Worker, I focus on building effective therapeutic relationships where clients feel understood, challenged, and supported in meaningful ways. Therapy is a space to develop insight, build skills, and create lasting change. I have experience working with teens and adults in in-home, residential, school-based, outdoor, and telehealth settings. In both clinical and supervisory roles, I take a collaborative, playful, and direct approach—grounded in evidence-based practices and shaped by authentic communication.
