I believe we all have the capacity to create change. We are most successful in creating change when we are able to stay in the present moment, understand and shift our beliefs about ourselves and the world, and stay mindful of what truly matters to us. This process involves developing an open, accepting and collaborative environment to feel comfortable in. Change begins with an idea, and my hope is to build off of that idea and structure a foundation for a life that is meaningful. We have so many pressures and commitments from society that it becomes easy to forget about what is truly important and who we really are.
