For me, it is important to create a space that feels nurturing where my clients can feel seen and heard and explore their feelings and life experiences. I enjoy working with teens (ages 15+), adults, and the LGBTQ+ community. My passions in therapy are anxiety, trauma, depression, sexual wellness care, and grief and loss.
