I am dedicated to creating a warm environment that allows my clients to explore, comprehend, and inspire change within themselves and their relationships. I work from a trauma-informed, attachment-based framework that focuses on my client’s relationships across the entire lifespan. Clients work toward fostering stronger connections, developing more flexibility, and gaining more understanding of their emotional needs. Treatment plans incorporate a range of evidence-based modalities drawn from The Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Compassion Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
