I am a Licensed Psychologist with over 19 years experience in university and private practice settings. My work focuses on adults with a range of concerns, including depression and anxiety, difficult life transitions, women's issues (infertility, menopause), relationship problems or losses, trauma, and identity. I have specific expertise working with young adults and the common challenges experienced at that time. I also enjoy working with individuals of diverse identities and backgrounds, which has been a focus in both my career and my ongoing education.
