I offer an integrated approach, incorporating Relational-Cultural Theory, Somatic Pscyhotherapy, Ecopsychology, and Somatic & Attachment-Focused EMDR Therapy. I support people through the process of healing from trauma and liberating themselves from patterns that no longer serve. I specialize in supporting adult survivors of intimate partner violence, sexual abuse or assault, climate-event trauma, state sanctioned violence, and also first-responders. I support experiences of emotional overwhelm, acute stress, complex trauma, posttraumatic stress, panic, dissociation, disconnection, grief, anxiety, depression, existential crisis, loss of meaning/purpose, and more, from a depathologizing perspective.
