Throughout that time I have been trained in EMDR, Neurofeedback, CBT and PCIT treatment modalities. My focus over the last 16 years has been to support and assist people in becoming the healthiest “You.” Making sure to focus on each individual’s story and experiences. I have an extensive background in working with clients that have experienced a variety of traumas and strive to provide the most effective and supportive intervention.
