I have 7+ years counseling clients who are experiencing a multitude of issues including grief and loss, anxiety, and trauma. I work with clients aged 18 to 80 using techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Responsive Care, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, to meet my client’s individual needs and issues. I have experience providing individual and group counseling in clinical and outpatient settings. In my practice, I use a multi-media approach, accessing books, videos, board work, handouts, artwork, mindfulness, and traditional processing to assist clients.
