I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to create a space where all parts of you are welcomed and honored. Hello there! I’m Misty Bonham, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). My heart lies in helping people untangle the impact of complex trauma—especially religious trauma—so they can rediscover freedom, authenticity, and wholeness in their lives.
