Often, we find ourselves stuck, with thoughts, feelings, and patterns that can undermine the hopes we have for ourselves and our lives. We may be struggling with depression or anxiety, a relationship, an inner critic that will not quiet, a lack of meaning/purpose, or life transitions. My intention is to create a safe, nonjudgmental, authentic space where all parts of you are welcome and where your full self is acknowledged and heard. With a deeply felt understanding of mind-body healing, I use a holistic approach that provides opportunities for greater physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
