Accepting new clients! I provide a warm, positive, and inclusive space for adults and young adults (18+) to explore what's holding them back. I work especially well with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, or self-esteem challenges. My focus is on helping people feel understood, empowered, and more connected to themselves and others. I believe everyone deserves to be heard, and I bring curiosity, humor, and compassion into our work together. I am LGBTQ+ affirming.
