My goal is to help you access your depth of emotional experience to live a more authentic life and improve your relationships to yourself and your community. I view therapy as a collaborative process in which client and therapist work together on goals and presenting concerns. I use an exploratory approach to therapy, which combines relational, depth, emotion-focused, somatic, and mindfulness-based approaches. Sessions will utilize intuition, depth and Jungian psychology, tarot, spiritual practice (nonreligious), dreamwork, and imaginal exercises with the goal of deepening our understanding of self and who we are in relationship.
